Mycelith Sentinel
uncommon • adv • 6/25
Mycelith Sentinels are living fungal lieutenants grown within the deeper colonies of the Mycelith.
Tall, humanoid forms of hardened stalk and layered caps, they move slowly but with deliberate purpose. Their bodies carry networks of spore chambers that release faint drifting signals into the air.
Through these spores, the Sentinels command lesser fungal thralls — directing growth, movement, and defense across entire patches of living mycelium.
Pilgrims who stray too near an active colony often report an unsettling realization: the forest floor is not merely overgrown.
It is organized.
And somewhere within the fungal silence a Sentinel is listening.
