Travelers report encountering the knight at the edges of dangerous crossings, ruined bridges, and Hollowpaths where the land itself seems uncertain. In one gauntleted hand the Pale Knight carries a lantern burning with a quiet blue flame, its light cutting through fog and ash alike.

The knight asks no toll and speaks little, if at all. Yet many pilgrims claim the Pale Knight silently guides them through treacherous ground before disappearing once the path grows safe again.

No banner marks the knight’s allegiance.
